1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 57vnet. By accessing the 57vnet website at https://57vnet.net, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 57vnet.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use 57vnet's platform, services, or any content made available through this website. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account at 57vnet, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable local law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list administered by any gambling authority.
• You must not be an employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of a 57vnet employee or contractor.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person in placing bets or operating the account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract under Philippine law.

57vnet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned where legally required.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account at 57vnet. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited. 57vnet uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.1 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Using false information to register constitutes grounds for immediate account closure without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 57vnet account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 57vnet will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 57vnet support at support@57vnet.net immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

57vnet is required by its licensing conditions to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (UMID, passport, driver's licence) and proof of address. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending document submission. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits

All 57vnet accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though 57vnet may apply enhanced due diligence for large deposits as required by our licensing obligations.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. 57vnet does not accept cash deposits, third-party payment transfers on behalf of another person, or deposits from business accounts.

57vnet does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 57vnet's control. Deposits are credited to your 57vnet account balance in real time for GCash and Maya, and within one business day for bank transfer methods.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 15–30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals process within one to three business days.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have been used for genuine betting activity before a withdrawal is processed.
• Identity verification must be complete for withdrawals above the relevant threshold.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• 57vnet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

57vnet commits to same-day settlement for all verified accounts under normal operating conditions. During high-volume periods — including major sporting events and public holidays — processing times may extend but will not exceed 24 hours for verified accounts.

6. Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on the 57vnet platform, it is final and cannot be changed or cancelled by the account holder. By clicking "Place Bet" or the equivalent confirmation on any 57vnet product, you accept the odds and conditions displayed at that moment.

6.1 Void Bets

57vnet reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: odds were published in obvious error; an event was cancelled or postponed and is not rescheduled within 24 hours; 57vnet has reasonable evidence of match fixing or event integrity violations; a system fault caused incorrect odds to be displayed. Where bets are voided, stakes are returned in full to the account balance.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. 57vnet may apply individual account stake limits based on betting patterns. These limits are set in accordance with 57vnet's risk management policies and are not negotiable.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of market suspension controls. 57vnet may suspend in-play markets at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, significant events occurring during play, or risk management requirements. Bets accepted before a market suspension are valid.

7. Live Casino and Card Game Rules

All live casino games and card games on the 57vnet platform are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between those game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules apply to the conduct of individual games, while these Terms govern account, payment, and platform matters.

Live casino games stream from third-party studio providers. 57vnet does not control the physical dealing or mechanical outcomes of live games; those are governed by the provider's own certified procedures. RNG-based card games use independently certified random number generation. Certified RTP figures are displayed for each game in the 57vnet lobby.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

57vnet offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, enhanced odds offers, and event-specific promotions. Each promotion has its own set of terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is available. These Terms and Conditions apply generally to all promotions; individual promotion terms apply specifically.

8.1 Welcome Bonus

New 57vnet members who make a first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the welcome deposit bonus. The bonus amount, percentage, maximum value, eligible games, wagering requirement, and expiry date are set out in the Welcome Bonus terms on the Promotions page. The welcome bonus is available to each verified account holder once only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal). Contribution rates by game type are listed in the individual promotion terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

57vnet actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: coordinated play between multiple accounts to exploit promotions; placing bets with no risk of loss to meet wagering requirements; and creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Where abuse is identified, 57vnet reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings, and close the account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 57vnet platform and will result in account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors or platform vulnerabilities, whether or not you report them.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activities, including chargebacks on legitimate transactions.
• Any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Creating accounts on behalf of another person or sharing account access.

10. Responsible Gaming

Every 57vnet account holder can access the following responsible gaming controls directly from their account settings at any time:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits
• Session time reminders and automatic log-out after a set period
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension from 24 hours to 30 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion with a minimum period of 6 months

Where 57vnet identifies patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling — including, but not limited to, rapid escalation of bet sizes, extended uninterrupted play sessions, or communication indicating distress — 57vnet may intervene proactively to offer resources or apply temporary limits pending account holder response.

11. Privacy and Data

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the 57vnet Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

57vnet uses industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your financial details are never stored on 57vnet servers; payment processing is handled by your chosen payment provider. 57vnet does not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

57vnet's platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure availability and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 57vnet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
• System downtime, including during live games or bet placement attempts.
• Delayed or failed deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any decision made based on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits 57vnet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Account Closure

You may close your 57vnet account at any time by contacting support at support@57vnet.net. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

57vnet may close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification within the required period; inactivity for 12 consecutive months (with the account holder notified before any dormancy fee is applied).

14. Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute with 57vnet, please contact our support team at support@57vnet.net in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Disputes related to bet outcomes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this deadline will not be investigated. In relation to live casino game outcomes, the certified game logs maintained by the provider constitute the definitive record.

15. Changes to These Terms

57vnet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 57vnet will provide at least 7 days' notice via email to the address registered on your account and a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the 57vnet platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 57vnet holds its gaming licence. By using the 57vnet platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for resolution of any dispute not resolved through 57vnet's internal processes.

Filipino members should also be aware that local laws regarding online gambling apply to their use of the 57vnet platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 57vnet is lawful in your specific location within the Philippines.
